S, We are very sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your appointment. You brought in your vehicle with a mirror unit that had been damaged. The tech tried to do all they could to spare you the expense of having to purchase a new mirror unit but unfortunately the damage was too great to repair and it would require a new unit. We didn't charge you the labor to try and fix the unit and we tried to convey to you that we would not charge you the labor to install a new unit due to it taking us longer than expected to try and fix the broken one.
