We were greeted by several sales associates when we arrived. We asked for Zachary Hughes because we dealt with him a couple months ago when we bought a used car for our granddaughter. Today i got charged more than what I was initially quoted for service off of a promo, got charged an added fee on my debit card that should only apply to credit cards, which is ilegal. Car was not left in the serviced vehicle location but parked at the end of the lot (could not find) and the seat was not returned to its place, they left it as if it was for a child driver. No full point inspection as usual, no conversations about needed service (i currently need breaks 6yrs overdue) it was a very poor sales experience. More

My auto was in for work and was attended to from 10:42 am until 11:36 am for a total of 54 minutes. In this time they performed a multipoint inspection (more than 30 items)(free service)-removed and replaced until 11:36 am for a total of 54 minutes. In this time they performed a multipoint inspection (more than 30 items)(free service)-removed and replaced windshield wipers. They also performed safety recall notice due to fire hazard. I was notified that work started at 10:42 am and finished at 11:36 am with being billed at 1:44 pm. Charged 19.99 per wiper and 14.97 to install. Charged 12.59 for shop supplies. My big issue is that they charged 179.95 to program 4 new tpms sensors in the ecm in which I supplied them with the 7 numbers or letters per tire (28 total).Invoice was for $250.69 which I thought was a bit excessive. They did not install the sensors as I had them replaced at Sam's Club along with new tires.Sam's had said they could get these going but later found out they could not. More
I found our new 4Runner on CarGurus. I called and was put in touch with Rebecca. She was absolutely a wonderful sales person. She was honest and very supportive. After agreeing to the bottom line and making the deposit she sent a photo of the mileage and assured me that no one would touch it. She kept her word. A few days latter my wife and I drove 3hrs to purchase it. The transaction went smoothly. No extra fees or bogus sales tactics to up the price. I highly recommend Rebecca and the Florence Toyota Team! More
Sales team - EXCELLENT -but- After-Sales ABSOLUTELY dismal - 1. Didn't pay off my trade-in causing my credit rating (WAS over 800) to drop by 125 points 2.
