Very happy with level of customer service attitude of Chad Kirby our sales rep and Gordon Zurbrick the sales manager. The only negative comment I have is directed at Toyota manufacturing in that they do Chad Kirby our sales rep and Gordon Zurbrick the sales manager. The only negative comment I have is directed at Toyota manufacturing in that they do not provide a spare tire in their new vehicles. The inflation kit provided is useless if you have a blowout on the road. Again, nothing against our total customer service experience at Florence Toyota. More
