I just wanted to say what a great experience I had at the Toyota Dealership in Florence. I was looking to trade my '04 Honda CRV and had been looking online with a few of the local dealerships. I saw an 09 Pilot on the website at the Toyota place and decided to call about it. I asked to speak to a salesman and Dennis Berry answered the phone. We spoke about what i needed and had to have and a day later I drove off in my Honda Pilot!!! I also have to give a shout out to Michael, the used car manager and Brandon Byrd in the finance office. From an internet request, Rob contacted us and we set up an appointment. He knew his products and inventory well, and wasn't pushy about our decision. We came to a price that satisfied us in a reasonable amount of time. The business manager was obviously very familiar with the next steps of paperwork. When the deal was made, we struck the gong and the employees clapped. We have enjoyed our car, a Certified Used vehicle, and the guaranteed service that comes with it. More

Pushed checked through after I ask them to hold the checks.first check cost me 800 dollars worth of negative fees had to take out a loan for the negative fees.car payment was 460 because I was told the checks.first check cost me 800 dollars worth of negative fees had to take out a loan for the negative fees.car payment was 460 because I was told the bank that I had financing through need 3000 dollars so I got anthor 2 loans to make down payment not to mention the 85 dollars my insurance a month which comes to a grand total of 835 dollars a month for first year not only did they cheat me out of money I called them 3 days before the cash the last one and I expressed my concernes about them cashing the check and guess what they got an adittude with me and told me there is no way they would do that....guess what they did. They have so much drama going on in the office I heard so much about each person that worked up there and the fool language they used and they were not professional at all. I am bring this to a lawyer and suggest noone to use this dealership and have this nightmare situation happen to you......please take my advice...they will get you finance if they drain you dry like they did us my wife just quit work to Finnish up school and we have took a hit not there fault for that but they seemed so concerned about not getting us in a bad situation I can honestly say they will cheat you and you are better off going somewhere else More

I recently went to my Toyota dealership for a diagnosis of some of the problems I was having and an estimate to do the repairs. I cannot begin to tell you how very professional yet friendly all of the peo of some of the problems I was having and an estimate to do the repairs. I cannot begin to tell you how very professional yet friendly all of the people I spoke with were. It made me feel that these people truly CARED about me and my sweet 14 year old Toyota Camry. I am a senior citizen, and everyone was so kind and respectful. Even though I had to make arrangements to get my car fixed (I am currently on disability and a very fixed income), I never felt that I was being pushed to fix everything immediately. Joe Thigpen talked with me about the problems I had with my car, how they affected my safety when driving, and the things that needed immediate attention. I need to tell you that my son wanted me to get a second opinion about needed repairs and estimate to fix them. I am ashamed that I did do this, but I came back to my Florence Toyota and had the repairs made. I am very pleased with how my car drives now, and I can tell that my mechanic did an excellent job on my car. I truly feel safe when I am driving it or riding in it when someone else is driving. My car was fixed in a timely manner and at a time that was most convenient for me. I would certainly recommend Florence Toyota to anyone because I believe they, too, would be treated exactly as I was. The service department is excellent as well as filled with competent, friendly and caring individuals. Additionally, I called Florence Toyota several times needing to speak with Joe, and the young ladies who answered the telephone were also very nice and friendly. I simply cannot say enough good things about this dealership and its employees. And one more thing I would like to say is that I really appreciate good and friendly service no matter where I go. It can be a restaurant, a dress shop, a supercenter (like Wal-Mart) or wherever. Service truly matters to me, and Florence Toyota really excels in this area. Thank you. More
