Vlad was very proactive and fast at replying via email all my questions and concerns. He even sent several videos showing details of the vans I was interested in. Other used car dealers simply would not all my questions and concerns. He even sent several videos showing details of the vans I was interested in. Other used car dealers simply would not provide any quote nor much information via email. With Florida Fine Cars Miami communication was fast and information transparent. I am a first time used car buyer in Miami and Vlad made the experience very pleasant, easy and fast. Went in on a Saturday, paid and drove off without a problem.
