Joe made sure to send us videos of the car , he provided all the info of the car with transparency and no hidden fees, he also was very efficient by keeping us in the loop . At the same time he was patient to wait until we could wire transfer the funds into the dealers checking account. My mom always felt at ease , he never pressure her and he made sure if understood everything with no room to any doubts. More
