My experience was in the market for a new truck and found Florida Fine Cars online. The online rep was amazing, he directed me to the right path and answered any q was in the market for a new truck and found Florida Fine Cars online. The online rep was amazing, he directed me to the right path and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately the salesman that was in charge of my account was extremely unprofessional. This salesman was more concerned about his commission and totally disregard the car buying experience. After two days of going back and forth with this salesman I was ready to request a refund on my deposit and move on. Then I spoke with Daniel jaramillo who was very professional and asked me to give Florida fine Cars a chance to redeem themselves. The following day I stopped by and Daniel introduced me to Jeremy Bonilla. Talk about a true professional, Jeremy directed me to Terrell Stephenson. Between Jeremy and Terrell my experience went from bad to great. Terrell is a complete professional and amazing to work with. Between Jeremy and Terrell they made this experience great. I would absolutely come back and recommend Florida Fine Car to anyone who is looking for a professional and great experience. Mistakes never defines a great company, it's the way they correct their mistakes that makes a company great. Job well done Terrell. More
