The dealership fell short once a financial manager walked in to explain what the “hidden fees” were. He displayed attitude and no respect for the customer. He did not seem like he wanted to help. I want to clarify that this review is not to bring Samuel down. Samuel was a perfect salesperson and really cared about us.
