Amazing customer service I drove all the way from VA to look at some cars i saw online in the Miami area. I was lucky to have walked in and Patrick Arvelo welcome my family an I drove all the way from VA to look at some cars i saw online in the Miami area. I was lucky to have walked in and Patrick Arvelo welcome my family and I. He was amazing to the extend of the word. He mad my husband and I very comfortable and secure that he will help us the best way possible. His professionalism is beyond words. Sadly we could not take the car at the moment cause we are so far but i will be going back in 2weeks to look for a car and i will make sure he is the one i get to see again. Compassionate services I went there on my own, as a woman I feel some how intimidated buying a car alone I don't know to much of it and it was my first car on a dealer too. I most say my sales Augustin Abaga was amazing and it is an amazing human being. He help me with everything and explain all details I felt secure he even make sure I got what I need. And Jose zamora the man who help me on finances he also took his time to explain me step by step the documents before I sign. I remember asking them over and over jet this gentlemen took the time with me. And let me tell you they weren't makeing big sales with me jet I could see how much they respect their clients. I don't remember the name of the manager I wish I could he was all about organization and motivation too, even the team members working with other clients are gentlemen. Great team. Thank you guys for everything. I got my firt car from a car dealer with them it was the best choice for me Thank you, thank you guys. Fast and to the point. I already had an idea going in of what cars I wanted to test drive because of their website.
