Disjointed, too much on their plate. Hello, this is an honest review of my first experience at the service center at Florida Fine Cars. I brought my car in around early Jan 2016 to try to Hello, this is an honest review of my first experience at the service center at Florida Fine Cars. I brought my car in around early Jan 2016 to try to get my clutch assembly in my car repaired. I had hoped it was covered under warranty but ultimately it was not. My concern is not so much about that, the fact that the part is not covered was news to me but well explained in the warranty contract. My issue is with the service at the F. Fine Cars center They have way too many vehicles and things to stay on top of and the staff doesnt do a good job of staying on top of everything. They got one woman in a little office receiving customers for a complex with like 40+ lift bays. everyone comes in, fills out a paper and sits there for hours with no answer. Its just very disjointed. My vehicle had another electrical issue with VW specific tech that would trigger an "EPC" light on the dash. It more than likely being an electronic issue, I asked Frank the service advisor to check it out, days go by and he told me the car didnt do anything, and that nothing was checked on the car. Like I just really wasted time there, got no help with anything. I asked Frank don't worry about it, I'll just go get the car. When I got there around 6 pm to pick it up, I was told the keys were gonna be with cashier. They were not with cashier and I had to go find like 3 other people who had no idea who i was or what i was talking about. I finally got my car and paid $100 diagnostic fee for nothing really. I gave them hundred dollars. My experience wasn't good, not to say theyre like this everyday, but if you know about vehicle specifics and want a bit more intimate care, go somewhere else. Fine cars has way too much crap on their hands to work with people effectively. More

Paulo told me,"No,N0,No papi....You got the time,I'll make it happen!.... I kinda laughed at him,I told him I've been through a bankruptcy and lost my home& and a car repo... Paulo said" NO PROBLEM!,I have over 100+ banks at our disposal!".... Well in turn I said,"Paulo, I don't live in Florida...I live in TENNESSEE!... (Of course you know what Paulo said) "NO PROBLEM!" K.C"!., "Give me alil of you time and I will make it happen!!" "Pay all you payments on time, "And you start rebuilding your credit score." Well you know what the say..."The rest is history"...and I got my sweet machine!! And at affordable payments too!! Being my first time purchasing a car myself, he was there throughout the whole p Gonzalo truly demonstrated that he wanted to work out a deal with me. Being my first time purchasing a car myself, he was there throughout the whole process. Initially the car was located at their Hollywood location but for some reason it was transferred to the West Palm Beach location. As I was driving to West Palm from Orlando, Gonzalo himself told me he would make it to the West Palm location just to close a deal with me. He drove about an hour just to meet me and show me the car. When test driving the vehicle, he made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and allowed me to take my time with it, something a lot of salesperson lack. I probably test drove the vehicle for 45 mins. We were able to work out a deal, it took many hours but we made it! I'm in love with my car :) More
