They don't make promises they can't meet, and they go out of their way to keep or exceed their commitments. We love our VWs, and it makes it that much sweeter to have a dealer and service department like these guys to back them up. When I have technical questions or want to see repair details up close, Philip will either have their technician come out to talk to me, or even take me back to see the issue or detail up close. A couple of years ago we had a Jetta headliner shrinkage issue around the drop down sunglass compartment, and even though the Jetta was close to 3 years old, they worked with the VW rep to not only repair it, but had a whole new headliner put in. Their shuttle service and customer waiting areas are top notch, and although we're 50 minutes away from west Asheville, I'd still use them for service support if I had to drive 2 hours. Oh, I almost forgot - never found dirt or debris left inside the cars after they get their work done! More

A carbon copy of our first Passat was on the lot, which, when I called Freddy Snedden, VW/Audi salesman, had already been cleaned and would be waiting for us the next day. A short visit to the dealership, a quick processing of the paperwork to purchase the car, and we were on our way. Freddy and James Lordman handled everything efficiently and are lauded for their knowledge of the business and for their quick response to getting it all done! More
