He is enthusiastic, well informed and takes the time to educate you on the car and your options. He is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet and our return to VW Asheville is heavily tied to the relationship that Brent has fostered with us. James was also a great professional, he even double checked a few avenues, like VW points, for additional saving after Brent had worked with us on the original deal. kudos to both guys! We are so happy with our Golf Wagon. More

Our second great buying experience We chose to get another TDI since they're such great vehicles for somebody who drives 32K miles per year. Service dept mentioned their availability. Friendly, low pressure Freddy was very helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. We got the requisite amount of pressure via phone and text, but not so much that it felt abrasive. He was able to answer our questions on the test drive and had a good working knowledge of the car. The purchase was relaxed and uneventful. Overall a very good experience. The jury is still out on the quality of the car and our dealings with the service department. More
Gets worse every time. I'm done I take my car in for it's routine annual state inspection and am not passed because my tint is now too dark. I say now because just one year ago I ha I take my car in for it's routine annual state inspection and am not passed because my tint is now too dark. I say now because just one year ago I had my car inspected here, and passed with flying colors. I asked everyone I could find how it is possible that my car, with the same tint it's had for four years, now all of a sudden is TWICE as dark as legally acceptable. No one seems to know. So did they just not care last year and this year someone decided to screw me? So that's the original issue. The main issue however is the person I was told was the service manager. This individual was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in any customer service situation, EVER. First he attempted to tell me not to speak with my voice raised, then when I continued he out right threatened me, as though he wanted to fight me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? What kind of neanderthals do you hire over there? I will spread the word far and wide amongst my numerous VW enthusiast friends that this is the very last dealership anyone would ever want to visit. Don't make the same mistake I did, this place is garbage. More
Wonderful experience!! I went to turn in my 2014 Passat TDI, and left with a new 2017 Passat SEL coming to the dealership within the next 4 days. It is just the car I wanted I went to turn in my 2014 Passat TDI, and left with a new 2017 Passat SEL coming to the dealership within the next 4 days. Service department gave my wife the runaround When she took her flat into be fixed they said there is a special key needed to remove tire(?). The key was not in the car. We leased it new. Said they would replace identical tire for $225... I bought the same tire for $130 all inclusive and had it put on somewhere else. More
