I bought two tiguans, a 2021 and a 2020. 2021 now needs a $6,000 repair after only 28,000 mi. Was told by service that it's common to see this repair - it is inside the engine but somehow ex 2021 now needs a $6,000 repair after only 28,000 mi. Was told by service that it's common to see this repair - it is inside the engine but somehow excluded from the warranty. I was also told that even though it's a common issue sales would not bring it up to me during the buying process. I was getting ready to trade both cars in for bigger Volkswagens or even an Audi but after I sink $6,000 into repairing my car and sit and wait for that problem to occur in my other one I'm going to be shopping for another brand of automobile. I cannot believe that the dealership and Volkswagen are asking me to pay $6,000 for carbon buildup in a car that has 28,000 miles. I could cry. More

Tiffany is going to order the tire replacement as I’ll need a tire replacement and Andrew filled up my spare tire. Another lady whom I don’t know the name has been very helpful and got me the help I needed as I arrived during lunch time on a Saturday. I would give 10 stars if possible. Eva Portillo is a dream sales person. I found a used vehicle in their inventory on-line and showed up when they opened on Monday morning to see it, Eva Portillo is a dream sales person. I found a used vehicle in their inventory on-line and showed up when they opened on Monday morning to see it, and test drive. Low and behold, it was exactly what I had been looking for. We went ahead and made the purchase. They worked with us through the finance department and made it a great experience. The vehicle had not been cleaned and prepared to sell yet and we were not prepared to take possession of it that day anyway. They did a serious deep clean and made it look as close to brand new as possible. Sadly when I went to pick it up, the A/C wasn't working. Eva took it straight to the service dept.and they couldn't get it in to be checked out immediately. So I was given a loaner car to go home. ( I had my 17month old granddaughter with me on both the purchase and service days). They repaired the A/C before mid day the flowing morning. Tiffany was my service advisor and absolutely loved her. My whole experience was fabulous!!! ( side note: I worked in the automotive service industry for over 30 years. So I have a good knowledge of how things work at dealerships) so , major cudos to Flow Volkswagen!! More
