sadly another bad experience at FLOW VW Sadly this is the 4th crappy service experience at FLOW VW, first was a screw up replacing my rear door glass where you did a less than favorable rep[ Sadly this is the 4th crappy service experience at FLOW VW, first was a screw up replacing my rear door glass where you did a less than favorable rep[air job, and had to return to get it done properly. Second time was a totally unacceptable wait for an oil change, after two and half hours the guy on reception came and told me my car would be ready in just a few minutes, and it was still sitting the parking lot, they hadn't even taken it in to the shop. Third issue was the lady who lied to me last Friday when I booked the car in saying the parts were in stock and this morning after getting up extra early to make the first appointment to be told you don'y have the parts in stock, wasting my time and my fuel to get there. The owner lives in St. James the same as me, so he will understand how long it takes and ow much fuel it uses there and back each time, and for nothing because of FLOW's mismanagement and total incompetence, I will say the guy on the front desk this morning was very embarrassed and very polite about the whole episode, but that doesn't detract from the company's totally useless performance. More

My car did need some follow up work, so they ask me to bring it back after a few days so they could recheck the AC. After driving the car for a few days the AC was clearly not cooling so I went back to have it looked at. This time they found the system to be in need of extensive repair. Therefore, I would need to leave the car with the dealer. Naturally, there was no loaner car available so I had to get my own ride back and forth. The repairs were made and the next day the car was available and fully operational. One thing I don't like was I had to pay my deductable on the return trip as well as the first. Now it was not my fault the car could not be fixed on the first visit, so I do not think I should have had to pay the deductable again. They also replaced a wheel speed sensor on the first visit. Car is back on the road and I am pleased with the repairs. I would like a loaner next time and don't sucker me on the deductable next time. More
