I asked them to take a look at and as alway JD was there to accommodate me. He showed me the inside, outside, and even went over the service that would be done to the truck. JD and the Foley team worked with me yet again to give me the most for my trade in and in the end came away with a 3 year newer truck and I was yet again a VERY happy repeat customer. Trusted his description, one-owner clean CarFax and the car came as described. Haig was professional throughout with no sleazy car-salesman patter or false flattery. I hate that. A few weeks after telling him I wasn't interested, Zee wrote back asking if I had found a car yet. He opened up the conversation again and offered to add one thing in particular to the car that I had looked at that was what I had originally wanted. That sealed the deal. However once the car was shipped down from Massachusetts to Maryland, it arrived critically low on oil and I had to fill it up with a full quart. This is completely unacceptable and I can't believe this happened after I spent $40,000 as an out of state Customer. But again the purchase and sale process with Zee was a breeze and a pleasure. If only that level of service extended to their service department. More
