Gary Katz was the best to work with throughout the order, shipment, and delivery. It was definitely one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've had. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for when we w shipment, and delivery. It was definitely one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've had. Service staff met me in a timely manner. Usually I wait more than 15 minutes with my car, before I am approached by staff. She met me within 5 minutes and with kindness.
