Ford is my go to company for vehicles. Thank you Folsom lake ford. I went in to drop off my truck a night before my scheduled appointment. Was greeted by an employee from the quick lane oil shop side of the service department. Was handled quickly and was able to drop off and go super fast. The scheduled work was completed the next day and I received a call to inform my truck was ready. I would highly recommend the oil change department for any and all needs. More

Had a problem with check engine. Went to dealer ASAP but didn't have appointment. Told to make appointment. 7 days later showed up @ 0718 with appointment. Car “ready” at 1700 (too late for shuttle). Problem diagnosed as “too hot” because of winch cover. Suspect winch & cover installed over a week AFTER problem surfaced. xxx? My service advisor was very personable. He explained the process, called me with the diagnosis and estimate.
