Service was great and Service Advisor (Luis) is amazing. Sadly, both were overshadowed by shuttle driver who is equal parts homophobic and racist. Fellow passenger and I were discussing state budget and driver chimed in with his views on the "Trans Agenda" followed by some of his "white honky" views on a black male prostitute. Needless to say, I didn't bring up either topic. I've seldom been less comfortable in a shuttle and couldn't wait for the free ride to be over. I'll pay for an Uber next time! More

Even though I was early to appt, Service agents came out several times to assure me I was in line for scheduled "Works" and a recall item. Dave came by soon after to take info and keys. Cashiers are friendly and efficient. I do like the fact car washes are given only if asked by customer to save water/time. Only issue I have is get rid of Sunny D and bring back Tropicana! More
