Better than most ford service centers but the wait time for service is often too long. We got there at 7am for a diagnosis and they told us at 12pm that there was a rock or something that damaged a sensor for service is often too long. We got there at 7am for a diagnosis and they told us at 12pm that there was a rock or something that damaged a sensor and we could come back for the work to be done since we had commitments at 1pm. In the past with oil changes they take hours when we wake up early on a day off to be one of the first customers there. Wish there was faster service. Consider a digital queue so we know where we are at in line and how long before we can pick up. More

I was treated with courtesy and respect by everyone I interacted with. My car was in for repair and the tech explained what diagnostic tests would be performed and if they were covered by warranty. It interacted with. My car was in for repair and the tech explained what diagnostic tests would be performed and if they were covered by warranty. It took their team less than two hours to identify the issue and the repairs needed and then just another hour and a half to fix it. I bought my Escape here in 2020 and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had - now I can say their service is equally as impressive! More
