Unfortunately Ford Motor Company has failed. Totally unacceptable business practices. Was never contacted concerning a problem that Ford knew about for 4 years. How can someone have there vehicle repaired if never given a notification. Then to have Ford tell you you do not qualify for replacement. Very disappointed and disrespected and will never purchase another Ford product again. We no longer own the vehicle. More

The service person did not listen to the complaint I had with my Bronco Sport. He actually made me feel like I did not know how to "use" the buttons on my car that I have had for a few years. I was dismisse with my Bronco Sport. He actually made me feel like I did not know how to "use" the buttons on my car that I have had for a few years. I was dismissed as though it was MY mistake, when in fact there is something actually wrong with the car itself. The emergency brake shifts on when I am have been at a red light on its own twice now and for a whole day the emergency brake DID not work when I went to park. I have never had any problems like this EVER with my Hona Accords....and the service people at Honda would not have dismissed my concerns either. More

As a family of 6 growing up in the 60's Ford was the only brand my Father would ever purchase. I think my favorite car was the Ford Country Squire station wagon with the wood paneling on the sides.
