My F150 was taken to this dealer because the previous service indicated that the brake pads might need replacing. I also received several emails from Quck Lane urging me to have the brake pads changed. service indicated that the brake pads might need replacing. I also received several emails from Quck Lane urging me to have the brake pads changed. I made an appointment for this service after waiting on hold for at least five minutes. When I brought in the truck, the service advisor stated that my extended warranty would not cover this service because my pads were a 4 and my ford warranty would only cover them if they were at 3. The service advisor said they would recheck them. He said they would wash the truck in any case. Five hours later I received a call that the pads were still at 4 so they would not replace the pads under warranty. Apparently, Ford is willing to replace the pads as long as I'm paying for it even though Quick Lane keeps flooding my email with pleas for me to have the pads changed. More
