Making the appointment was easy and on my schedule. When I arrived to drop the vehicle off, I was met by the Car Porter, he was very polite and helpful - informing me the Service Agent would be with m When I arrived to drop the vehicle off, I was met by the Car Porter, he was very polite and helpful - informing me the Service Agent would be with me soon, he continued to check up to insure I was not overlooked. The maintenance was under 2 hrs, so was able to wait in the most comfortable waiting room for a service department I have ever been in. The Service Agent informed me of the status of any recalls as well as other items to keep watch on such as the tires and other components. Fantastic service, very caring and polite. Great Job... More

Dealer was good to work with. Disappointed about the f150 known oil leak issue. Ford covered the first 3 repairs under warranty, but not this time.
