Your sales and customer service teams have been consistently reliable over the years. The entire experience, from initial point of contact, to finding the right vehicle, financing, and maintenance, has been a pleasure. Not once have we been pressured or bulled into a purchase, like other dealers have attempted. This was the third truck we've purchased from your dealership thus far, and certainly not the last. Through the entire process, I had the pleasure of working with Sergio and Travis on your sales team to find the right truck at the right price, and ended up putting a deposit on a truck in-transit. Other dealerships seem to have a practice of assaulting their customers with communications from what seems like their entire sales staff, but not Folsom Lake Ford. I was treated with respect, and all my questions were answered quickly and effectively by these two salesmen that always went the extra step to provide me with what I needed to move forward. There were a few times during the process when the deal needed to be approved by a sales manager. Kris came out to the floor to meet with me and he made every effort to get me the best deal possible. Other dealerships have brought out their sales or finance managers to intimidate, making their presence unwelcoming. It was an entirely different experience with Kris. He's friendly, unimposing, and really just a delight to work with. I have no doubt he enjoys working with customers and the people he works with. Once I got to financing, it was like a reunion! JW has been there for 30 years, which says a lot about Folsom Lake Ford already. He was there to coordinate financing during my previous truck purchase too, and even remembered the purchase details and the conversation we had years ago. Talk about exceptional! I look forward to working with him again for my next truck purchase. Keep up the great work, Folsom Lake Ford. Every friend or family member that's in the market for a new vehicle...
