It was a pleasure working with Gayle Blackwell. She made the lemon law by-back process seamless. We were not intending to get another Ford product, but decided to give Ford another chance. We purchased a 2024 Explorer ST and couldn't be happier. Gayle again made it easy. We financed the purchase through Ford Motor Credit. When we got home, we had second thoughts on the the terms of the contract. We wanted to put more money down and go for a lower interest rate. We contacted Winston in the finance office and he was able to rewrite the contract. We came in the next day and signed the new contract. The entire experience from the Lemon Law turn-in, purchase, and refinance was impeccable. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Lewis in Service. We put him though the ringer trying to fix the issue with our Ford Edge. Lewis was very patient and always professional during the entire repair process, ultimately leading to the Lemon Law by-back.
