I recently went into the dealership twice for two different vehicle maintenance. The first was for the mileage oil change and the second was for the 150,000 mile tuneup. If the room is full of quick customers, Jim and James did a great job de-escalating upset customers for the wait time. And when customers were helped, they made sure that they made the customer feel like they were the only person they cared about. The second time I came in for the tuneup, James helped me and remember to add a break disk check. He let me know the prices upfront for repair vs replace and I appreciate the transparency. I know prices for material and labor have gone up, but the dealership seems to be competitive and I’ve found better prices than other non-dealership Vehicle repair shops. They even vacuum the Driver and passenger seat of my car and gave it a wash. Grateful for the A+ customer service the transit shuttle. Shout out to Wayne for managing customer service in the shuttle and juggling pick ups and drop offs. More
