Great service! My service advisor Nick greeted me promptly on my arrival and and got me processed quickly a search all my questions. Nick coordinated my shuttle rides home and then back to the dealership after my work was done. Nick communicated with me throughout the day and worked with me to insure I received all the discounts, etc on my job that I was entitled to. Outstanding service. Note shuttle driver was also outstanding. Very good experience. More

Even though I was early to appt, Service agents came out several times to assure me I was in line for scheduled "Works" and a recall item. Dave came by soon after to take info and keys. Car was ready on t several times to assure me I was in line for scheduled "Works" and a recall item. Dave came by soon after to take info and keys. Car was ready on time given by agent. Cashiers are friendly and efficient. I do like the fact car washes are given only if asked by customer to save water/time. Only issue I have is get rid of Sunny D and bring back Tropicana! More
