Although I was disheartened to learn a transmission problem covered by my extended warranty might take up to five weeks to correct due to corporate policies and potential supply issues regarding parts, problem covered by my extended warranty might take up to five weeks to correct due to corporate policies and potential supply issues regarding parts, Service Writer Tommy N. walked me through the process then delivered a “home run” by getting the repairs/process done in half the time anticipated.
