I have never previously experienced a dealership where absolutely everyone; Sales, Front Desk, and all of Service have been a pleasure to work with. In particular Bill Bergaus (Service Manager) could not have been more helpful. I felt strongly about wanting FLF to conduct the first service on my 2017 Explorer Sport despite having relocated to Nevada. I contacted BIll knowing i had an appointment coming up in the area. Bill was more than happy to provide book my car in at short notice, provide a loaner, and do a great job servicing and cleaning my Explorer. Everyone involved on the day was outstandingly polite and helpful. Yes, i am the customer that came back from Nevada for a service because i trust and appreciate Folsom Lake Ford that much!
