Service Center employee JET V makes the entire Service Center first rate! I went to the center to see if anyone could help me retrieve my driver's license and credit card which I dropped into a very small Center first rate! Jet was amazing -- he was able to dismantle enough plastic in the console so he could reach in and get the cards. I was in for a recall on my Genesis 25th of July. A job that was to take no more than 2 hrs. took over 4 hrs. The trailer ( waiting area) had no water, coffee or bathroom. This dealer was basically dishonest by lying by omission since the day we bought the car. Every time we had to bring it in for work they either deceived or overcharged us.
