Not sure I’ll bring it in. In the future. Cause it may take a half a day Just to get an oil change. What good is making an appointment? Aaron was the advisor who originally helped me when I arrived, and he was great. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. However, he wasn’t there the day that I picked up my car, so I was turned over to arrived, and he was great. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. However, he wasn’t there the day that I picked up my car, so I was turned over to John who was rude and not helpful. Additionally, when my car was returned to me, it had damage that was not previously there, but they apparently hadn’t noticed they damaged it. They had to order a part to fix it, and I was given Incorrect information about when it would be able to be repaired, so I ended up wasting time and gas coming back. I have been coming exclusively to this location for the last six years, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and it will make me think twice about returning. More

John Smith was very personable and helpful. I showed up without an appointment and got my oil changed within a reasonable amount of time. There were several issues with this particular service. Our car needed repair after a motor vehicle accident, and it was technically difficult. It took several weeks to sort out the repair and get the part Our car needed repair after a motor vehicle accident, and it was technically difficult. It took several weeks to sort out the repair and get the parts. Although it was covered by insurance, the dealership would not let us take the car home during this time. We had asked that the car be stored indoors or at least covered when we picked up the car we found the car was very dirty and had been left outside.. it also appeared that it had been driven approximately 19 miles in our absence. More
