I bought a car from these folks and it turned out to be a very costly decision ever trusting them. First, they refused to send me the documents to enable me to register the car or even have it driven. I was not even provided with a dealer tag. I was told the documents would be sent to me soon. I waited 1, 2, 3 months but the documents never came. I had bought a car, I could not drive because there was no registration, no dealership tag and no title. No one reached out or communicated with me about what was causing the delays- I was in a limbo. I had to reach out when it was approaching 3 months from purchase and was told they had some issues they were working on. As if that was not bad enough, after waiting close to 3 months and no documents still, I decided to take the car to the closest dealership to my home to have it inspected. I then got a $4600 bill for damaged drive-train parts for a car that I had barely driven. I reached out to this dealership and they tell me it's been almost 3 months since I bought the car and so nothing can be done, sorry. This, to me, is the classic definition of insensitivity and a customer service fiasco and, seeming like a FRAUD. Please, prospective buyer, beware! Bought a 2023 Sienna XSE, worked with John Key for a little over a year ordering it and I got exactly what I wanted. While I had to wait awhile and my patience paid off, I cannot say enough good things little over a year ordering it and I got exactly what I wanted.
