We have had nothing but good experiences with the service department at Folsom Lake Toyota. Our service advisor has been Brandon Fisher twice now and I just can’t say enough positive things about him. He’s p department at Folsom Lake Toyota. He’s patient listening to what is wrong with your vehicle, he takes the time to explain things, and he’s very thorough. He’s so knowledgeable and i feel like he really cares about his customers. And he’s one of these people you just trust. We will continue to go to Folsom Lake Toyota to have Brandon as our service advisor. More

My service advisor wasn’t communicative at all. I left her a voicemail & a text message to get th status of my vehicle . She never replied, so I went to the service center to follow up (in person). I left her a voicemail & a text message to get th status of my vehicle . She never replied, so I went to the service center to follow up (in person). She wasn’t at her desk, but her coworker sitting next to her was there & he said he would help me. He located my paperwork , saw my vehicle was ready to be picked up but couldn’t locate my vehicle keys. Long story short , Laura Torres, is not a very good service advisor. More
Scheduling routine warranty service was easy and prompt. Upon arrival, service personnel were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. We just bought a new Toyota Rav4 hybrid and couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with our experience at Folsom Lake Toyota. Our sales representative, Gerald Remeiro, was excellent to work with. He was very patient with us, never pushy, and a real pleasure to deal with. Gerald kept us informed on the progress of our car coming from Japan and when the car was delivered, the sales agreement was prepared as promised and done promptly with him in the office. Our finance person, Alex Vaca, was also a pleasure to work with. He was very well organized and had all of the paperwork assembled and ready to sign when we met with him. We considered several other dealerships before choosing Folsom Lake Toyota and none of them offered the same stress free process of purchasing a new car. We highly recommend Gerald Remeiro, Alex Vaca and Folsom Lake Toyota. More
