Spoke to Mr. Bear on 8/25/16, he explained their dealership prides themselves on diversity and will look into this matter since Chad Lewis was on vacation and they were unable to get a hold of him to 'investigate'. We discussed corrections to the lease paperwork and Mr. Bear stated he would call me back on Monday. Today is Wednesday, 8/31/16, and I have heard NOTHING from Mr. Bear or Folsom Lake Toyota dealership about their investigation or my question regarding my lease. I think this type of unprofessionalism should speak VOLUMES about how this dealership really conducts business.

As expected, Mr. Behr responded after having read my review below. During my conversation on 9/1/16, he stated that he had spoken with Mr. Lewis and that Mr. Lewis did not realize that his statements offended me. He did not deny that these events transpired. Mr. Behr stated that Mr. Lewis expressed feeling badly and would like to apologize. I advised Mr. Behr that if his dealership was okay with Mr. Lewis making an apology for making racial remarks, I was not in control of his decision. Mr. Behr stated that he had never received any similar complaints regarding Mr. Lewis in this regards and that he could not fire Mr. Lewis. I reminded Mr. Behr that I had not requested for Mr. Lewis to be fired. I did ask for Mr. Lewis to attend some type of ethics training/cultural sensitivity training that would prevent this type of events from happening in the future. Mr. Behr stated that his dealership already partakes in ethics training and that he felt that Mr. Lewis apologizing was sufficient. It was then at this point that Mr. Behr also informed me that his dealership had forgotten to obtain other needed documents (although my family already had the vehicle in question). He needed stubs and utility bills. I emailed him requested documents and followed up with a call on 9/6/16 l to ensure whether he received requested documents. He has NOT emailed/called me back as of today to complete the process. But as always, I'm sure he will call me tomorrow.
