My wife and I needed to replace a family vehicle which had been totaled out. We stopped “real quick” just to look, prior to an appointment at another dealership. We were greeted by a team member (Ben). We had been totaled out. We stopped “real quick” just to look, prior to an appointment at another dealership. We were greeted by a team member (Ben). We told him our story and related we had an appointment at another dealership. We inquired about Tacoma’s. Ben was very polite, knowledgeable and patient and showed us the inventory on the lot. Answered any and all questions we had. Ultimately, we returned later in the day and reconnected with Ben. Again, was professional, friendly and low pressure.. Also very understanding of our situation, he and his team (Schuyler and Chad) helped make the purchase easy. Can’t say enough, definitely highly recommend. More
