He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job answering all of our questions, explaining the features of the car and comparing the features to other models we asked about, like the Toyota Corolla hybrid. He took us for a test drive and gave us plenty of time to think about and discuss the decision. We were especially impressed with his willingness to work with us on giving us a great price for the car and our trade-in used car, which allowed us to stay within budget. It made the decision easy for us. We were considering checking out another dealership, but we were so well taken care of at Folsom Lake Toyota that we ultimately decided to move forward with the purchase there.
