Good dealership. I’ve had great customer service with different advisors in the past 4, almost 5 years. This time, unfortunately, I did not have any particular advisor that I wanted to work with, so I got assigned to Michael P. (Rocky). Let’s just say that this was the worse appointment I’ve ever experienced at this dealership. I came in happy and left annoyed. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, or if it’s because I didn’t want to buy/ add anything extra. I saw his business card and he was an assistant manager. I do not remember which department, but it could be the service department. I will continue to come here, but will definitely make sure to let them know that I do not want “Rocky.” More
