Major Quality Control and Integrity Issues ​While my Service Advisor was cordial and professional, the quality of work and care taken by the technical team is unacceptable and indicates a serious lack o Service Advisor was cordial and professional, the quality of work and care taken by the technical team is unacceptable and indicates a serious lack of attention to customer property. ​Upon receiving my vehicle, I discovered fresh oil and grease fingerprints on the inside door panel, continuing a disturbing pattern as I had previously reported grease marks left on the exterior body of the car during an earlier visit. ​The most concerning issue, however, was the damage done to my windshield tint. A previous service sticker was removed haphazardly, causing my clear ceramic tint to lift significantly. Instead of alerting me to the damage, a new service sticker was intentionally placed directly over the lifted tint in an apparent attempt to conceal the damage and tape the lifting tint back down. This attempt to hide the issue rather than communicate it represents a severe lapse in professional integrity. ​It is clear that the individuals working on the vehicles have little regard for the customers' cars. The lack of basic cleanliness and the intentional cover-up of damage make it impossible to recommend this service department. Quality control needs an immediate and rigorous overhaul. More
