The salesman, Sean, was great. He was knowledgeable and worked with me to get my car. However I had a terrible financing experiences. The finance manager, Robby, seemed more interested in pushing unnecessary add ons. Despite refusing the add ons, and endorsing understanding the risk, he continued to push it. It was extremely frustrating. I purposely chose the Crown for quality given it was built and assembled in Japan otherwise I would have just gotten a Lexus ES. I would not recommend dealing with the finance team. Get your financing done outside Toyota. More

Toyota Finance told me to go there to pay off my leased Highlander when the lease ended. Folsom Lake Toyota refused take the money for the payoff / purchase unless I agreed to let them finance the payoff/ Highlander when the lease ended. Folsom Lake Toyota refused take the money for the payoff / purchase unless I agreed to let them finance the payoff/ purchase. I suspect that is not legal because the lease agreement and state law says I have the right to purchase the vehicle. We will see what the California DOJ says. Also they wanted to get my Keys and take possession up front. Thats what unscrupulous dealers do so that you can't leave while they pressure you to buy the car they want to sell you. Not my only dad experience with this dealer. Take your business elsewhere !!!!. More
