Salesman John and finance guy John were great! ! Boss man was an xxxxxxx… i guess that’s his “job””?? Tried to make it personal by saying he was a nice guy… and said “did you come here to leave in ! I made an appointment a week in advance and stated I would be waiting for my vehicle. I arrived on time and went to the lobby to wait. After almost 2 hours I went to inquire about the status of my truck would be waiting for my vehicle. I arrived on time and went to the lobby to wait. After almost 2 hours I went to inquire about the status of my truck. It was at this point that they wanted me to go on a test drive with the mechanic to show them where the rattle was coming from. Nothing had been started at all. How frustrating is that!! What is the point of making an appointment a week in advance? A total waste of my time. More
