Check reviews before purchasing a vehicle. Not recommended at all. The seller we worked was ok until we signed the paperwork then completely changed & broke verbal agreements. He acknowledged this wrong doing on his part and did not try at all to make up for it. He actually was more rude. Also, the stolen vehicle tracker we paid extra for drained the battery. Luckily another local Toyota dealer gave a new battery. They also confirmed the tracker was the cause of the broken battery. More

They had a scheduling snafu. The guy who I had been dealing with and was scheduled to meet was double-booked and turfed me off to a different agent after about 30 minutes into th The guy who I had been dealing with and was scheduled to meet was double-booked and turfed me off to a different agent after about 30 minutes into the meeting, forcing a restart of the process. My wishes were ignored. In short, I was treated like a piece of meat. In addition, what should have taken an hour ended up being three. I had been buying my cars at Folsom Lake Toyota since 1991. even though I drive by numerous dealerships to get there. Unfortunately, thanks to this experience, they have made their last sale to me.
