I periodically go to Toyota Folsom service on 200 plaza drive, Folsom to change oil and do maintenance. The first time I encountered an unpleasant discovery six months after purchasing a new Toyota Corroll drive, Folsom to change oil and do maintenance. The first time I encountered an unpleasant discovery six months after purchasing a new Toyota Corrolla in 2022, after maintenance, I discovered that they replaced my rubber driver's mat with a torn mat. On another day in 2024, they then broke my hood lock, but then restored it, it took them 10 minutes, during this repair they scratched my car where the door opens. After some time, I came again to change the oil, they pulled the hood lock out and it began to open unclearly. I turned to the manager with gelled hair. To which he offered me to buy a new lock, and the fact that my car was scratched, he said that he would not reimburse me for anything. This manager was impudent and did not even want to somehow sort out these problems, but simply said that I would not do anything. After such unpleasant communication and service, I don’t want to come to this service center and I don’t advise anyone to get service there, as long as this non-customer-oriented manager works there. In my opinion, I didn’t demand money from the manager, I just wanted them to fix what was ruined. More

I got new tires at this dealership and when I drove the truck home the alignment was off And the truck pulled to the right. I went in the next day to have it fixed. After re-picking up the truck, it still truck home the alignment was off And the truck pulled to the right. I went in the next day to have it fixed. After re-picking up the truck, it still had the same pull to the right. The next day I went in a third time and finally, the issue was resolved. But only after countless hours of my time and gas were wasted going to and from, and waiting at the dealership. It should have been done right the first time More
