In my lifetime I have purchased 8 new vehicles and 4 used. In all of the new purchase experiences, I have seen it all, good and bad. I did not know what to expect when arriving at Folsom Lake Toyota, bu used. In all of the new purchase experiences, I have seen it all, good and bad. I did not know what to expect when arriving at Folsom Lake Toyota, but I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I was treated with genuine care, interest, consideration and professionalism. They really went above and beyond to make the new car purchase easy and stress free. This is what buying a car should be. I met with Chris Fabiani first, who was great, very informative, professional and relatable nice guy. He was honest and helpful. I decided to think about the decision for a couple of days, and was not treated with haste or pushy salesman tactics. I came back and met with Skyler, the Manager and then Gerald Remeiro, the Assistant Sale Manager. Skyler stepped in and helped a lot with the initial process, and Gerald took it from there. We drove the vehicle to my wife so she could see it, which was really nice. We had great conversation on the drive and I felt that the Team at Folsom Lake Toyota truly displayed passion for their profession, which is something hard to find these days. I was not given any incentive to write this review, but I respect people who have a passion for their craft, which was displayed from start to finish in my experience. Simply their knowledge, professionalism and genuine courtesy is hard to find in a sales team. This experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Folsom Lake Toyota to anyone interested in buying a Toyota. It was hands down the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had. More

The Service was totally fine, My car was done being servered in the amount of time I was told. A problem I had the next day - We had a Doctor appointment at 11 am.
