I needed extreme work and wasn't offered any deal to save me from having to go to the place I bought my Toyota! I'm very devastated. After work was done elsewhere I then got offers? Wow. This isnt the Toyota I've always known for services! Absolutely not. They didn't even offer the quick fix, found out afterwards you have it also!!! Then they offered original parts a lot lower afterwards. Had I got these offers beforehand I would of Absolutely had Toyota do it!! Not some other place! This place has horrible customer service and is not true to their word. I traded in my Subaru Crosstrek on March 16th, which still had a loan, for a 2024 RAV4 LE. We were promised a second key that would arrive in the mail within a week and a 7-10 day payoff on my Subaru loan. The next day I got a voicemail from Armando in financing stating myself and my mother (co-signer) needed to come in and resign the contract. I called Armando back and said I would either be in on the following Monday or Tuesday since I live in Pollock Pines and I have a 3 month old baby and need my moms help. Monday came around and I couldn’t make it in and Tony called and I explained it wouldn’t work that day and I would be in tomorrow (Tuesday). To which he got upset stating he had already put Mondays date on the contract. We went in Tuesday and resigned the contract with Ira. The 7-10 day mark came around and I still have not got my second key nor has my loan been paid off. My payment was due March 22nd and I bought the car on the March 16th/17th. Now I’m getting late notifications from Golden 1. Finally got in touch with Armando and he said it can take up to 21 days for payoff. It’s now April 11th and the loan still hasn’t been paid off nor do I have my second key. We have tried calling Tony Clay, Armando Marquez, Blake Boerlin, and Ira. More
Amazing experience buying this vehicle from this dealership! Melyssa was so friendly and helpful from the test drive to answering our questions to even taking the time to sit with my mom and me whil dealership! She even followed up with a phone call after the weekend of my purchase. It was 10/10! More
