My service advisor wasn’t communicative at all. I left her a voicemail & a text message to get th status of my vehicle . She never replied, so I went to the service center to follow up (in person). Scheduling routine warranty service was easy and prompt. Upon arrival, service personnel were friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
