If I were rating just John Key, I would have given 5 stars. He was very knowledgeable and patient. There were a few cleanliness and some major mechanical issues with the vehicle that I am disappoint stars. He was very knowledgeable and patient. There were a few cleanliness and some major mechanical issues with the vehicle that I am disappointed were not caught. 1.) one of the remotes did not have a functioning battery and I was told that I could replace it despite me dropping $30k+ on a vehicle. 2.) The entire screen system was muted as it was defective. I had to bring it back to Roseville Toyota (long story as to why it was not Folsom) along with other issues and this was the only thing that was fixed that day. 3.) The right passenger door is faulty and the motor needs to be replaced. This is something that definitely would have been caught if it were intensely inspected. 4.) The same door as above has a faulty window motor that needs to be replaced. 5.) There is a water leak above this same right hand door. There is a visible stain in the cloth and it smells like mildew after the rain. I realize I purchased a used car and expect to have some issues/wear and tear but these are huge, time-consuming things that I now have to schedule to have fixed which is highly inconvenient. When attempting to schedule repairs with Rocky, he was very rude and condescending to both my husband and I which led us to take our vehicle to Roseville to be repaired. My husband needs a truck and we will be back to with John Key and AJ but will not be working with Rocky. His approach needs work. More
