Michael St. Pierre AKA "Rocky" provided the most exceptional customer service. This was my first service with my 2015 Toyota Tundra, and I had initially brought Pierre AKA "Rocky" provided the most exceptional customer service. This was my first service with my 2015 Toyota Tundra, and I had initially brought in my vehicle for a oil change. Since this was my first service since owning the vehicle, I wanted to be sure I had a multi point inspection completed. Though an oil leak was found near the cam towers by the engine, I was very happy to hear the seals were covered under my existing extended warranty. Rocky was sure to keep me updated throughout the entire warranty process to have the repairs covered. While my vehicle was in the shop for 11 days, I was able to have an rental vehicle for the weekend while the service was completed. I'm thoroughly impressed with all of the staff and the technician that worked on my vehicle. I am looking for to having future services at Folsom Lake Toyota for my family and I with all of our vehicles. Best regards, Matt More

The guys over at Folsom Toyota, from the floor salesman to the finance manager, were very easy to talk and deal with. I have been looking for a new 2023 Toyota Tundra for over 2 weeks now. I would get the to the finance manager, were very easy to talk and deal with. I have been looking for a new 2023 Toyota Tundra for over 2 weeks now. I would get the run around regarding pricing, finance, and availability of their vehicles. (ie: some were in transit but they didn’t want to pre sell them that day to me for some reason) So luckily I found Adam at Folsom Toyota. He LISTENED to my needs and concerns. He was very knowledgeable and helped walk me through the steps to reserve a Tundra they had in stock. We already had most of the paperwork done prior to stepping foot in the dealership. This buying experience was by far the best new auto buying experience I’ve ever had. The guys at Folsom Toyota are honest, open, and will help u every step of the way to making your auto buying experience a great one.
