The dealership treated me well, but I’m disappointed I had to pay for a long distance tow and $1000 bill for basically computer code issues on my 3.5 year old RAV4 with 47K miles. My previous Mazda went 192K miles with no major issues. We did not buy the extended warranty because we bought a Toyota. More
The Folsom Lake Service Department 8/22/2023. I had a 3pm appointment. I pull up and there is absolutely no one tasked with serving folks that arrive. I asked one guy not working with anyone e I had a 3pm appointment. I pull up and there is absolutely no one tasked with serving folks that arrive. I asked one guy not working with anyone else and he rudely says, “just stand outside and wait your turn.” So I stand outside and wait, and wait, and wait. All the while no one is there to help. I finally ask a passing staff member for a service manager. I wait and wait and wait some more for the service manager. He is a very kind man. He has someone help with getting my car checked in. Once that was done it took very little time for the service check. I have a 2023 Toyota Camry. Not looking forward to dealing with this for the next 25,000 miles of auto service. More
