Our sales rep was in a rush when he assisted us because he told us he was supposed to leave work early. And then he entered our information into someone else’s acct profile. John Key is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was great from beginning to end. The only issue I has was with the sales manager who was upset that once my truck arrived, I could not make it He was great from beginning to end. The only issue I has was with the sales manager who was upset that once my truck arrived, I could not make it there for approximately 10 days or so since I was traveling from 2 hours away with a busy work schedule. I understand the issue but it was just the way he went about it. You have to work with people to have great customer service. But as mentioned, I have bought several cars from John and he is the best salesman you could ever ask for. Straight shooter, honest and very helpful. He was the only one out of 5 local and CA dealerships that cared about what I wanted on the truck and he went through the trouble of checking with the allocation people to see if the truck could be built with some of the stuff i wanted. Everybody else was like, take it or leave it, I won't lift a finger to provide customer service. You don't run into salesman like John very often. He should be proud of what he does. I also had a good experience with the guy that helped me on the day of pick up since John was away from office. I can't remember his name but he was great and made us feel comfortable with showing us things about the truck etc. I'm sure you could find his name and whatever it is, he deserves 5 stars as well.
