Jeff Bear, the general manager at the Folsom Lake Toyota, never called to follow up on the poor customer service. He only promised to "Address your concerns and to earn your business" this too was an ingenuous response because he never contacted. I am not sure how the company leadership, Daryl Kenningham, tolerates this kind of incompetence and poor business practices.
