Hi Jeff- The exact same thing happened this last Tuesday. I finally gave up and towed my Prius Prime in. It’s in your shop right now. I’m guessing this is some sort of system error, eg, no one service agent has responsibility for making the call back. Rick Brown is my designated agent but I didn’t ask for him specifically because he failed to call me back one other time. You can call or text me if you like
