Bought a used vehicle and was assured nothing was wrong and it was in “good condition”. Shortly after a few months it began having very expensive mechanical problems. Recently the vehicle has been in the shop 5 times within a 3 week period. What did management do to resolve the issue? They tried to sell me a more expensive vehicle which would have cost me more per month than I was already paying for my current vehicle. They didn’t even offer to cover any of the repairs despite a service contract they also sold me that did not cover any of the repair expenses. More

Took my Camry in on Wednesday and didn’t get it back for almost a whole week. They were doing a recall on it and had broken something that need to be replaced. Waited a week and then got told by my service almost a whole week. They were doing a recall on it and had broken something that need to be replaced. Waited a week and then got told by my service consultant David McCann that I would have to wait another week to get my car back. They told me it was because their shipping had been delayed. I went in to get a loner car and had the hardest time getting the car in the first place because everyone there was thinking I was looking to get a random rental. I was told to go back to my service consultant and he didn’t remember who I was. They showed little no care about the service they were giving. This location has let me down so many times that I am scared to bring my car in here. More

Excellent service by Devin Smith and John Key!! They both made us feel that we were the only one's receiving their attention. They took time making sure that we were well taken care of and understood EVERYTH made us feel that we were the only one's receiving their attention. Was quoted $263 for a transmission flush over the phone. When I got there, was informed that it was $387. The excuse was, the website was poor and the phone agent couldn't locate the correct info. No offer to make things right until I told the service tech I was leaving. Then was offered 10 % off after I informed the tech that was what Roseville Toyota was offering for the same service. Not the first time I've received sub-par service from Folsom Lake Toyota. Won't be going back. More
